Good location but not the best quality of hotel

The property was located in a nice quiet and scenic location but still near enough to walk to local bars and shops and had great views from the balcony of the sea/beach. The reception staff were wonderful and helpful. It was dated in the corridors and some rooms in accommodation- especially the kitchen but we werent cooking so were not too bothered. Although a bigger/normal size kettle would be good rather than tiny one provided. The indoor pool was great and the outdoor one would have been if the weather was nice. Its a shame it no longer has indoor bar and restaurant - the breakfast is ate outside at the snack bar by the pool, which is great if warm and not raining, but when it rains you have to make sure your sat under canopy and you dont get wet cups and plates when you go get your meal. Plenty of cold choice breakfast items but same hot food every morning (which isnt very hot - fried egg, bacon, beans and sausage) kept in electric food warmer. The toaster is so slow and we had to rescue the handle for the toaster shelf our self toaster twice as dont think member of staff knew it was stored inside toaster! But overall we were satisfied with accommodation for the price we paid and would return if we wanted a low cost holiday/short break again

Very good location. Poor conditon of the room I got.Old and Delapidated. Pictures on thr website were not exactly the actual condition of the property. Expedia should improve in this area too.

Ok so super chill area. The places itself is super old , old carpet , old kitchen , old closets old space . TV is smaller than my even television. The place has no furniture . Cracked tiles old carpet , old bathrooms . Stains on walls doors, bathrooms , fridge its old dear god where are these reviews coming from. Staff is nice but this place is deteriorating In Front of their eyes . Old and decripet The shinning called they want their location back . Good grief !!

Lot of maintenance issues. The mattress so uncomfortable. The standard of the cleanliness is not so high. Excellent location. Breakfast is it's good. It's worth for the price. I could recommend to my friend. The room needs little bit up to date.

The experience was not good The refrigerator did not work properly It is very old and no well maintained . It needs more Maintainance And cleaning .

Property needs a completed update. Not to many amenities. Unfortunately we can not enjoy the great view that we requested by the time of reservation. In general we expended a great time in Mallorca. The area around the hotel was fabulous, the beach was ok, great restaurants and safe.
