Second stay here. The first in 2020. Good location. Staff are friendly. It takes too long to check-in and trying to get through to reception is frustrating. This was an issue in 2020 also. For a hotel this size you would expect more staff. I had to call housekeeping to remove a dirty and stained bath towel. Thankfully, I spotted the brown marks before using the towel. It got really busy over breakfast and we were seated in a restaurant across the breakfast area. I am considering whether I should stay in a smaller hotel in the future.

Staff very helpful. Transportation arrangement excellent (rent a car, complimentary ride from airport)

There is not much eating and shopping places around. Very friendly bell boys and airport service.

It was a nice traditional property but with a slightly dated decor and furniture. Some furniture was wobbly and broken. Staff were very courteous and helpful

I’ve stayed a few times and I’d normally give 5 stars. But this time round there were some serious errors made. Error 1: We had an undisclosed bill added to our room 552. The amount of 121,621.000 rupees from the beauty salon which we never used. This was investigated and found that the salon took the wrong number and billed it to our room by mistake! Where is the verification when customers use these services?? Error 2: They checked out our room a day early so we were unable to get back in our room for 1 hour. Again completely unacceptable. Error 3: We had booked our taxi ride back to the airport for departure. We booked this a few days in advance using their concierge service and was assured it was booked. After reconfirming a day before our departure they could not see our request??? What kind of cowboy operation you running here!! That concierge reception is a joke! They need to relook at their process for taxi booking. Righting a name on a slip is simply not good enough.

Would recommend can use some upgrades for sure but service staff etc are amazing
