The only thing I didn't like was the AC is turned off so I couldn't make room cooler.

Absolutely stunning hotel in a beautiful location. Stayed in hundreds of hotels, this is in the top 10 easily. The level of finish is spectacular..
Only small point for improvement was that at checkout there were 3 (maybe even 4 colleagues on the front desk) and only 1 of them seemed to be able to do anything.. which then created bottlenecks.

Management here does not have a shred of integrity about them. I would be very very very careful about staying here because the people who run this hotel are people you simply don't want to do business with.

Lovely property and brilliant staff who were so kind and helpful! Quiet area but still close and easy walk to Lecco. Highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was great , we had to walk to lecco but that was only 20mins , transport was straightforward and we got to visit more places than expected, including Milan.

The room was small and at the back of the hotel, but clean and warm (in winter). Breakfast was very good and really helpful staff. Only negative was that we arrived at 8.05pm to be told the spa area had closed at 8pm and wouldn’t reopen until the next afternoon - slightly frustrating to say the least. Please publish this in the text as we would have chosen another hotel without spa facilities more on our route.

no transportation to town and staff gives you the wrong directions, no uber, no bus nearby and no taxis. small rooms with zero views to the lake.
