"This is a great place and decent location and great to be away from the crowds it’s just a bit of a walk to get into the old town area which is where the best food and drink Places are. But it’s an easy enough walk and easy To get taxis. Staff are friendly and facilities Are all good, clean and convenient . "

"7am breakfast, only 1 person is working and not quite ready to serve your guests. Coffee machine not working and no one to ask. No one is there. The bread is straight out from the fridge. The location is next to a motorcycle shop. Very noise when they are testing their customers bike. Room is clean. "

"Very near to transport hub (KOMTAR) which made it very convenient to go everywhere. The only downside is that the checkin desk is at their sister property about a five minute walk. Also did not notice any elevator. The above two points were not an issue for me but may be a concern for people with mobility issues. The property is well maintained and very clean. Checkin and checkout was very smooth. I enjoyed my stay of four nights and would use them again if need be. "
