"The hotel was wonderful! At the restaurant side, Aya and Nikko provided great service for 4 days. My 8 yr old nephew was swimming for 4 days and Mark (Lifeguard) did a superb job in watching him. Thank you to all hotel staff! Very memorable!"

"The best! World class service from staff, cleanliness, dining, bora activities! Family friendly! Everything you need is there if you go on vacation. You really feel you are on “vacation”. They also have transportation airport/resort vice versa. Food is great, enjoy good quality breakfast buffet which is “included” in your stay. "It was unfortunate that I wasn't able to purchase a drink at the Garden Cafe when not having buffet dinner. Only buffet dinner guest are allowed to go in. "

"We have enjoyed our stay in Hennan. We booked pool access and we will book it again. Staff are very accomodating, friendly and professional from the front door, reception, VIP lounge to cleaners. The dinning entertainment/live band Donita and Paolo are one of the best thing we have experineced. "

"The Red Coconut hotel was in the “party-central” area, henceits was quite lively but oftentimes, too noisy ! The hotel itself has a fire dance show every night! Other than that, it was an ok hotel…not very happy about the VERY noisy renovation work happening DAILY between 0900-1800 tho! If I was advised about the renovation work, I would not have booked the 6 rooms here!!"
