Malate hotel rooms a the Hyatt Hotels

EXCELLENT ,FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL FROM CHECK IN TO CHECK OUT

The service and the atmosphere at the club lounge

Our overnight stay was so good. The room is clean and the food was amazing.

clean, friendly staff and helpful

The staff was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet had a big selection and staff that took care of requests. Did not visit casino. Also, a short walk away is Robinsons mall.

Cheap and great. Near all the action (US Embassy, large mall, bars, restaurants).....

It was very good and close walk to Robinson's Mall, if you go on Friday or Saturday get a back room, because they have LOUD music until very late

I am a regular guest at this hotel. It is clean and comfortable, although sometimes noisy in the corridors.

Very nice staff and room was very great .and good place

Accessible to everything, walkable and safe, my only complain is the rough ramp going to the entrance is a little bit hard to push or wheel the heavy luggage other than that everything is great and the staff are very friendly and nice. Thank you

I have appreciated this old-fashioned pension since decades, and surprisingly it maintains its charm still at present among the increasing sprouting of high rise buildings around.

friendly staff. close to the mall, restaurants. Close to the casino as well.

Excellent staff, nice location, perfect rooms and pool but gym was not good at all!
