A lot of hotel for the price. We had a family room with an upstairs mezzanine bedroom which was clean and great for a family of four. Pool, bar and restaurant were all good. Breakfast was one of the best buffets I have seen - so much choice it was impossible to try everything. Staff were very helpful and friendly - always greeted us with a smile and a 'hello'.

Good value for family stay
Posted 27 Feb 2020 on HotelsWe recently stayed in a family room at the Hotel Santika Premiere Malang. The two-level room was spacious and the kids enjoyed sleeping in the twin beds in the upstairs loft area. The breakfast was very good, as was the overall customer service and attentiveness. We would stay here again!
