The hotel has a great location and service. The room cleaniness wasn t at par so we decided on the third day not to have room cleaning. Other than that everything was great

Building look weird, but inside it’s kind of OK. Had to walk a lot to get to my room. Area outside is not nice.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in - everything was so easy and all the little touches in the room like toiletries etc was great for a short city break

Staff at front desk was excellent. I had room service that was below standard. I was told15 to 20 min. I called 30 min later and was told it would be another 20 min. I told them to cancel it but 10 min later they brought my order. Uncooked hamburger was not good.

Friendly and professional staff made a great trip.
Thanks to Alex at breakfast for remembering my girlfriend's gluten free toast after talking to her a previous day. She was very impressed he still remembered- real customer service professional.
Thanks to Rocio for helping find a lost item.
