The apartment and facilities are good except in master bedroom got used towel might be from people before me.

Horrible service
Posted 29 Dec 2019 on HotelsTerrible stay. Toilet bowl clogged and dirty sheets. Service staff do not bother to respond and attend to the complaints. I will never stay at this again. Shore 3BR Luxury Residences at Melaka/Malacca. See photos of WhatsApp messages to apartment management and their non reply

The 3 BRM apartment was spacious and had clean beds and toilet. Swimming pool was fun for kids. Only issue was the water from the shower in the master bedroom flows into the toilet bowl area, Hendry have to keep mopping to make sure it’s dry.
Love the view and will definitely be back again.
