Was on the third floor and lift was not working. Place is good but maintenance is very much lacking.

Parking free as mention not provided and hardy to find and park vehicle at hotel area.

Service too slow
Posted 20 Mar 2018I have to wait about 45 min to get the room key. I book the room by online. The staff work to slow and make me to wait 45 min to checkin.

Very bad service
Posted 19 Dec 2017We didn't check-in due to lousy customer service whren entered the hotwl and asked about the parking... the receiptionist did not attend to our query... pretending busy with her pc... after we asjed for third time only she answered with a very rude manners... moreover the hotel seen so small...
Nobody pick up our called wheb we want to inform on the cancellation.

I investigated and she replied that she was checking for your reservation on the PC. she claimed that yiu did not like the carpark and had told her that you did not want to check in. I am sorry that she gave you the impression that she was rude. she was engrossed in searching for your reservation.

Not bad for the price you pay
Posted 18 Dec 2017The hotel is walking distance to the city and centre of attraction, ie the shore, a famosa. There are a few nearby restaurants as well. The room itself is still ok, just that there are some smell when we enter the room. For the pice that you are paying, i think it still ok.
