The condition of the bathroom can be improved. They seem to be quite old and have not been renovated.

Overall the property is good but you must take the seaview as the rooms with city view are not quite - cooling fans noise and vibration

The staff & location were great and the restaurant was also good. No complaints about this hotel.

The property was located across a very busy road and away from established restaurants and cafes. It's a distance to walk to traffic junction for safe cross.

Simple and adequate hotel

The pool itself was nice but there were only 2 umbrellas and around 8 loungers - almost all of which were broken in some way or other. Breakfast fine and reception staff helpful, but little more than a dated 3.5 star experience.

Malacca first trip after 20 years
Posted 6 Mar 2024 on HotelsOverall a pleasant hotel to stay though a little further from historic town. The regulator of aircon in the room is not working resulting in very cold temperature after a few hours of using the aircon. It is a waste of energy and also caused discomfort in the night when you sleep.

The staff at the service counter are very friendly and the feeder bus driver is very nice and helpful
