Overall the property is good but you must take the seaview as the rooms with city view are not quite - cooling fans noise and vibration

The staff & location were great and the restaurant was also good. No complaints about this hotel.

The property was located across a very busy road and away from established restaurants and cafes. It's a distance to walk to traffic junction for safe cross.

A great place to stay but it is bit away from the more hip hotels such as Shore and The Pines, so you need to have a car and be prepared to travel about 10-15 min to places like Jonker Walk, Museum, and eateries.

My stay was very pleasant and nice. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room and service was all good. Hotel is near to all the shopping centre and about half an hour drive to all the tourist attractions places. Definitely will come back again!

I was staying at the club room and we were offered breakfast and afternoon tea. What a joke when we were told they ran out of red wine to serve out. How can this happened to a hotel guest who has booked the club room.
