Great hotel, large rooms, lovely staff and great location in the centre of the tourism area. Really enjoyed our stay a breakfast was included and had lots of choice. Our only problem was the pool was closed for refurbishing for a couple of week which coincided with our stay. We were not aware this would be the case when we booked a couple of weeks earlier. There was a lovely pool at their next door property though which they kindly escorted us to. Think this is probably the best hotel and location for Melaka centre.

A really nice hotel in a great location to explore the historic centre of Melaka. Easy to walk to all the main sights and restaurants.

Very wonderful, friendly staff. We stayed 4 nights and was advised by the B/F staff that they would provide us with "special" cuisine to prevent us from getting bored with their B/F options. We felt that there were plently of choices.We had special.meals on the 3rd & 4th day specially prepared for us by their chefs. I had stayed 10Nights at 2 different Singapore hotels & no one considered we may be bored with their B/F options. Also, the hotel manager met us and responded to our queries re where to find local peranakan cuisine. She helped organize transport for us to get to our destinations without difficulty..Highly recommend all who vidit Melaka to stay at Casa Del Rio

This hotel is centralized and is working distance to Jonker street and some major shopping center. Polite and courteous staff.

This time,I will make a serious comment to your hotel. Honestly to say, The hotel itself is very good, but I felt that the staff could have been better educated. It was a pity that the hotel could not meet the very simple requests of the guests, and that the necessary equipment such as bath towels etc., was not available. It may be 5 star in Malacca, but it is not at the level of global 5 star hotel like a Riz carton, Four seasons, Marriott and others. However, the management class has a high level of hospitality, and I felt that they are aiming for a global 5 star hotel. Please do your best.

Staff are friendly however felt a bit lost after handed the key because upon checkin, none of the staff introduced where are the dining areas or what time for breakfast or where to find the lift.
