Had a terrible experience in the Kiswa towers but this place definitely made it up I had to extend two days more ,clean safe and very friendly staff

It was very convenient for me. While I needed a taxi to the Meccan Haram its area is not congested like hotels near the Meccan Haram.
Staff was vey friendly.

Everything were exceptional except the transportation
The hotel far from Haram and hotel’s bus takes time and unpredictable plus park far away from Haram
We managed to rent Uber or taxi to each time going to Haram and was ok
Just add to your budget the cost of taxi or Uber to Haram and still I will come to the same place again

Very clean and welcoming staff. Rooms were beautiful and clean and service was done at appropriate time. Would most likely book again.
