Hotel stuff are very slow at work specially receptionist. they take almost 40 minutes to check in one guest. I was waiting to check in almost 1 hour.

The food and the service are excellent. Every half an hour a bus takes you to Haram. I will be using this hotel everytime i perform Umrah, Insha Allaah
