Don’t book this hotel from any website because it is 4 time cheaper than online. And they don’t know how Expedia works.you have to wait 2-3 for check-in.because all manual

terrible hotel

very terrible experience didn't accept my online booking charge us more for one night false information, no ride was available from Jeddah to hotel very poor management dont book this hotel not worth money nobody speaks English either,flies were everywhere

I had reserved a room however when I came to check in, they said they had no rooms available. I talked to them many times and waited a few days and had an hour talk with them however they had no room for me and my family.

There was one problem, I booked online about one month ago but when I arrived at hotel they said we don’t take online booking and asked me about double money.
