This was my second, outstanding stay at the Grand. I stayed for 10 nights this trip. I was treated like royalty. Ivy at Reception gave me an upgraded room and floor — resulting in a panoramic 29th floor view. Dannah was my housekeeper and was very attentive, conscientious, and accommodating. Darius the doorman was unfailingly welcoming. I have received the best hospitality here! TEN stars! I’ll be returning again in a couple weeks and can’t wait.

We had stayed at another hotel about 2 blocks away a few times, so we were familiar with area. The rooftop bar was good and views of the city were very good. Prices were a little high for quality of room. Otherwise had a good stay

The hotel was excellent, big rooms, clean, beautiful lobby, bit theres no area to drop off your luggages. Our car just park on the side street and we unload our luggages
