"The hotel was top-notch the staff everything was very nice clean rooms, beautiful pool The only thing that was really frustrating and annoying to me was when I booked it on Expedia it showed no extras then breakfast was blank. Nothing else in the profile showed anything about breakfast. I assumed that means breakfast was free there was no place to buy breakfast When I got there, they said that breakfast was not free. It was 1500 pesos each person. I was there for three nights that would’ve been 9000 pesos or $152.00 not even worth it for breakfast I told the clerk it was a rip off. "

"Outstanding service from everyone, especially Dexter who tremendously helped with suggesting the hotel transfer of our bags between New World Makati and Marco Polo Ortigas, before our short trip to El Nido! My fiance and I were trying to look up a trustworthy luggage storage early in the morning, and Dexter informed us fortunately that it's no longer available at NAIA Terminal 2... Therefore he thought of the convenient and reasonably priced transfer between hotels in Manila. Thanks as well to all of the staff and the concierge team who made our stay memorable. I super appreciate the cake for my birthday as well as the many amenities and the friendly service! Loved the in room breakfast and room service. "

"Excellent guest services personnels. From our arrival the guy offered us bottled water, to check-in(Aaron) to luggage assistance(Dewey) everything was well coordinated and smooth. Aaron even gave us free welcome drinks at the bar and showed us all our options to make our stay even more convenient for esp for timers. You guys deserve more than 5 stars!!! We will definitely book again everytime we come and visit manila (makati area).. this is definitely one of the best fairmont hotel experience ever!"
