This place is wonderful. Rooms are huge and reasonably priced, it's clean except for the bathroom smell which probably from the cleaning solution that they used which was fixed right away by Joven whose the one who took care of us during our stay. Communication is very effective, staffs are so nice and friendly. Overall, place was excellent and I will for sure use it agajn in the future. Lastly food from attached restaurant Nono's are delicious.

There is really no “front desk” to attend to guest needs; there is a property manager with limited accessibility; corridors are poorly maintained; room has a closet but no storage drawers; don’t expect hotel-like amenities

We canceled the rest of our stay from another rental and returned to KLX group . Joven even drove us to our next rental. When we couldn’t stand it due to unbearable odor, I texted him that we are going back to their property and he offered to pick us up.
Joven and his team went above and beyond. From the housekeeping service and their management team’s experience of communication, I was very satisfied with their attentiveness , it’s so amazing how they responded, and are very efficient and professional!
Definitely staying with the KLX Group again when we go back to the Philippines. Thank you again!

Joven and his team were on top of their game. If you message them, they respond right away.
I will definitely contact them to stay again in their unit when I return again to the Philippines.

Good except for air conditioning.

My second time to stay with KL Executive Greenbelt KLX and as I expected the service is great. Mr Joven Contreras and KLX team was always available to assist me with my needs. A great place to stay.

Great! Perfect for families
Posted 25 Feb 2024 on HotelsFantastic experience with our 14month old! The location was great and we were really impressed with the free in room cot (which was already set-up when we arrived). Javen was so helpful. He even arranged for the hotel restaurant to do room service for us, since got in late and needed to put the baby to bed. The hotel is opposite a park with an awesome playground and is easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay here again!
Please note that hotel only takes cash for the deposit, (which was a small amount and we got back when we checked out).
The apartment looked newly renovated and kitchen and bathroom were like the pictures. The tv had Netflix and the mini bar was free.

Excellent in all ways
