Staff is friendly and helpful but room is ok and there are mosquitoes in the room which feel uneasy overall is ok

Great rooms and facilities. Bathroom is very spacious. Amenities are unsurpassed. Courteous staff with good English. Right above a shopping mall. Things to be improved are breakfast buffet, the selections and service are good but some food is cold and dry. Also the parking check in/out gate is located on top of a slope, our car stalled several times after stopping there😅. Overall a very good hotel, I will definitely choose Rinra again on my next trip.

Lots of potential

Very nice hotel spoiled by noise. We were there four nights. The first night, there were sound checks for a music festival. At 10.30 pm, I asked them to stop and they did. They said the festival the next night would stop at 10.30pm but it went on until after 1 am. The third night, there was an event with live music outside the adjacent mall. The last night, there was an event at one of the three close by convention centres but not too bad. The windows of the room did very little to cut out the noise. The room was excellent except that the bed was a bit hard and there was nowhere to hang wet bathers after using the magnificent infinity pool. There were three service issues. We tried to give a stamped letter to reception to post but they wouldn't accept it. We bought a large (expensive) beer to divide between two glasses. The waiter poured it and left a small amount in the bottle on the counter. Another waiter then threw it away so we missed out. They then claimed the bottle had been empty. They need beach towels for guests to go to the excellent nearby islands. Local transport is also an issue. There are no buses or mini buses. There's usually a taxi waiting near the hotel but not many in town to get back. Best to have the Grab app, although it didn't position the hotel well. The included breakfast was excellent. This hotel has a lot of potential but doesn't seem to have worked out how to best to deal with foreign tourists.

Check in was easy. The front office, security and bell boy are very kind and always helpful. The buffet breakfast has variety of choices and the attendants are cheerful and always readily available to assist the customers.
