Check-in & check-out was friendly and efficient.
General Manager, Aladdin was attentive, courteous and passionate about customer satisfaction.
Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
Rooms were specious, clean, comfortable. The shower was spacious, easy to use and had a good pressure.
The grounds were attractive and well maintained.
Various pools available and all were clean, tidy and appropriately staffed.
Good selection of food on offer during the three dining times.

Posted 6 Apr 2022 on HotelsGrounds are impeccable. Room was comfortable and quiet. Food was good, not great. Procedure for booking specialty restaurants is not easy. Overall a pleasant stay.
