The room we had was a disabled room which wasn't a concern, the concern was that the room was filthy. The curtains had bird poo all over them. The curtains were falling off the tracks and didn't cover the window properly. The sofa and carpets were filthy and we wore thongs when walking on the carpet. The light fixture was falling off the wall. The room had obviously not been cleaned properly as there was clumps of hair and marks everywhere. The restaurant and room service were no available. For the price and ratings we were very surprised at the room.
