Good value, great staff. In recovery mode from covid....but making great progress. Hotel could use a minor upgrade for business...IE: some USB charging ports in the room and more outlets. Overall a great stay and will not hesitate to book again.

J’ai eu un court séjour mais c’était une expérience géniale et magnifique : Propreté, chambre spacieuse, pied dans l'eau et Le restaurant est au top. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin, mais le plus remarquable est à quel point Personnel agréable et accueillant. Tout le monde était très sympathique, serviable et toujours souriant.. we had a good stay, as we were traveling south to Douz. The property is quite large and well maintained. Staff are courteous and available. Buffet breakfast offers many choices (a la carte may be available in the other restaurant). Spa services are good and expansive, bar with singers a good distraction.

The room is not five stars by all , the carpet stinks and toilet is not functioning well
