YOU HAVE NOT MENTIONED THAT SWIMIMING POOL GAMING ZONE HAS NOT BEEN STARTED ONLY ACCOMODATION CHARGES THEY HAVE TAKEN AND FOOD IS TOO MUCH EXPENSIVE AND EVERYTHING WAS VERY EXPENSIVE.

Great location & pool, but average rooms & food

Pros: Great location surrounded by beautiful valleys.. PET friendly (this is its USP), Clean and huge swimming pool ... friendly staff.. If you are an animal lover, and decide to stay at Manas Resort, you will have a great time with their pets and birds.. They have a huge family of adorable dogs, birds, rabbits and they allow you to interact with them. Evenings are pleasant and you we got to witness live musical performance by one melodious lady.. Cons: Sub-standard room quality, average food quality with limited options, no-newspaper provided. Sub-standard rooms and amenities for the "OVER EXPENSIVE" price they charge. I wonder if we book via Hotels.com (considering the discount that we enjoy), do these hotels deliberately allocate us their sub-standard rooms? We were allocated one of the last rooms where the resort building ended. I thought we were late to checkin and hence got the last room allocated... , but no.. several families checked in late after we did, and got prime location rooms allocated... The quality of rooms is sub-standard, not as shown in pics.. There is no min-bar fridge in the room.. Food served in buffet dinner was average and cold. Breakfast menu was limited with no option of non-veg (not even eggs). So overall the place is good but not worth for the price they charge, even if we consider their location, there are several other resorts now in vicinity.

Amazing place for families!

Manas Resort with Petting Zoo is an amazing place for families especially with kids who love pets! They have a very good collection of dogs, rabbits, and birds, and they allow guests to pet these. Kids freak out when they get a pet of their own choice. Besides, the rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. Service is truly amazing and you can see that their team actually wants to delight customers. Food taste, variety and quality was great too. The only issue we felt was that they've priced the food items exorbitantly. But again given all the facilities & good service they provide, this high price seems okay. Will certainly stay their again!

The stay at this resort was okay. Was given a room where the AC had issues and it turned out the hotel staff was aware of the problem before giving us the room. The rooms require some renovation - its a good property which requires maintenance. Petting zoo part is great.

Stay was good. Only thing needs to be improved is the tidyness of the room especially the bathrooms needs some kind of renovation.

Amazing trip as expected.... But online amount show is not actually charged... More than it show us online booking..
