Worst hotel ever
Posted 8 Jan 2023 on HotelsWe checked in , unpacked then went for dinner. Got a phone call to say they’d over booked so removed our bags from our room and left them outside near the road👿 this was at 10 pm😱 worst hotel ever, aggressive and rude so do not stay here,

Staff wasbamazing, all fixtures very old, deteriorated from salt air, NO SARGAZO ALGAE REMOVAL = EXCESSIVE OFFENSIVE SIGHT AND ODOR ON THE BEACH. BEAWRE. Your imagination cannot begin to guess the terrible smell and sight of accumulated sargazo algae. Uf.

Pros: right at the beach that is beautiful, offer lots of services such as kayaks, bikes and tours; friendly staff; amazing view from the balcony.
Cons: don’t have nets that stop mosquitoes from entering through the balcony. Once you spray insecticide, all of them fall on the bed and the floor. There were also roaches.
