So-so stay
Posted 3 Jan 2023 on HotelsWe found our 1 bedroom unit to be very cramped for a family of 4. There were some basic things missing (no shampoo, for example) and the resort's hot tub was not actually hot but just warm. The communication was excellent so they get credit for that, but unfortunately this was a very average experience from our point of view.

Hi Matthew,Sorry if your stay was not as good as your expectation. Take note that we are doing all what is possible to make the best stay as possible for all our custumers. First the picture of the condo that we send to each of you is perfectly representative of what you get. And we always included towels and bedding with the location but not shampoo and everything. The hot tub is set for the securtity of everybody and is fixed by the manager of the copropriété. I will send your comment to them to see what it could be done.I wish you a very good day,

Ideal view and clean, but could be improved

+ Clean suite.
+ Great location.
- Spotty WiFi
- Hard to balance the temperature in this two-level suite. The ceiling fan was too noisy.
- Confusing multiple instructions (contradictory requirements).
- The requirement to use the fireplace only with synthetic logs.
3rd floor without elevators might be a problem for some.
