Property is great for kids. The water park, playgrounds, arcade, everything! Kids love it. There are multiple dining options. Rooms are ok. Shuttle to Disney appreciated. Basic hotel, but kids will enjoy.

Hotel itself was great - clean and comfortable. However shuttle bus is very poor - extremely overcrowded and chaotic

The service from staff, particularly on reception, the pool and the managers, was outstanding. Reception staff went over and above to help us out when we had an unexpected issue beyond anyone’s control. Staff went to the extreme to help us out and to try and make the most of our time at the hotel, despite the fact one of our party had a health issue. Will absolutely be booking again. Would recommend!!

Rooms were very basic. Could definitely do with some modernisation. Plenty of clean towels available and beds made daily. Breakfast was generally fine, although it was the same stuff every single morning. The shuttle buses were frequent and very handy to the Parks. Marco’s Pizza was tasty, although the menu was quite limited.
