Didn't get a confirmation until 4pm on day of checkin and didn't screwed me out of money very unfair very very unprofessional!!!!!

This property was NOTHING like it was pictured. It was a delapidated camper that had been made to look like a cabin with wood exterior. It smelled of pet urine and moth balls and was less than 3 feet from the next cabin. No grass or yard.

Arrived late. No place to check in. Called and only got voice mail. Could not find the cabin.

Hi, John apologizes for this incident. I am in the process of investigating what happened. My booking engines close at 6pm every day and reservation are by phone only after 6pm. I am not sure how the booking engine allowed you to book after 6pm. We do not have a on site office. I do check for any reservation at 6pm to follow thru with check in procedure and you were not on the booking engine. I am working on fixing this problem with the company that allowed this reservation. Once again I apologize for your inconvenience but please realize this incident was an over sight with the booking companies. Thank you for choosing Smoky View and I am septhantic for the situation you ended up in.
