The lady who owns the motel is so so nice and inviting! There were vacant rooms during our stay, so she let my husband and I upgrade to a room with one king size bed vs 2 queen beds. Every time we saw her she asked if she could do anything for us. They also have their dog at the property (they live on site) and she’s the sweetest, friendliest dog ever!!! The rooms were also very, very nice and cozy. Would highly recommend!

We loved the fire pit. It was so nice sitting around it at night and talking with other guests. The owner was very informative about the area and shared stories around the fire. Will definitely be back!

Great cozy stay

This is a cute old motel that was recently redone. The owner was great and the area is great but the beds ( at least in room 103) were so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. The floors are like ice and when you close the bathroom door to shower there’s only one light with a fan so it sucks the cold air from the floor and makes the bathroom so cold. Had to shower with the light off and the door open.

We really researched mattresses prior to our purchase and tried to find a supportive, comfortable option we could flip. We purchased them from a local distributor who sells to many reputable motels. We really wish you had given us the opportunity to offer you a different room. That particular mattress may have been a little firmer than one of the others.As for the floors, we chose to go with the more popular option of vinyl plank. It's definitely not as cozy as carpet and can be a little chilly on the toes in the winter months. However, it is a much cleaner option. As new owners, we are still working to improve every guests stay. We appreciate you taking the time to submit a review. This helps us to continue to improve our property. We hope you'll visit us again when it's a little warmer:)
