Reasonable overnight stay
Posted 26 Jul 2023 on HotelsComfortable bed. Decent shower (though a shower curtain rather than a screen). Kettle in the room. Underground parking (charged extra).
We paid £10 each extra in the room rate for breakfast - this was quite disappointing, possibly as a result of not having many guests

Posted 18 Apr 2017Lovely staff is always happy to help, public transport (tram) nearby. Good breakfast. Clean rooms (smoking available which is a rarity in Germany :-) ).

Cost friendly hotel in the centre of town
Posted 24 Aug 2015This was a last minute booking for an event in Burg. Modestly priced but lovely room, clean, spacious bathroom and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Cons: A/C and better Internet connection
Location: It's about a 20 minute tram ride away from the city center. Not much to do around the hotel.
Away from city center, no A/C, street noise in rooms facing main street, unreliable internet connection

Dated decor but very clean and good hotel.

Pros: Very clean and tidy.
Cons: Could be modernised a little to keep up with the competition.
Hotel shows it's age in terms of the dated decor but it's been kept very well maintained, clean and fresh, as you would expect from German attention to detail. All an all very good stay.
