Nice and clean. Doors seem to be a bit thin because we could hear the chatter outside the door. Overall very nice and the people are super friendly. Bring your own cork screw. :)

Great experience

The room is small , but good enough for our stay. Bathroom is also small but updated . Good daily housekeeping, kept our bed and bathroom clean . Outside noise can be heard in the room. Sometimes people talking and hanging out in the street as late as 2-3 in the morning is very annoying. Their elevator is not working , so our heavy luggage is an inconvenience to carry up using the stairs. But the staffs are very nice and helpful, they speak English and the place is just a few min walk to Madrid Centro. It’s still worth the stay!

The staff is incredibly nice and attentive. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was modern/updated.
The area was convenient and near breakfast and dining places as well as pharmacy and supermarkets very close by.

Super beautiful room and comfy bed! The ac didn’t work so it was a bit too hot but other than that it was really good!
