This was a gem! The location is ideal - this is a quiet street in a thriving neighborhood very close to two metro stations. There is a grocery store (Lidl) about a block a way and multiple bodegas nearby. There are many restaurant options within easy walking distance. The unit itself was great. We comfortably slept 5 in the unit (2 in each BR and 1 on the couch). There is a fully functioning kitchen with combined washer/dryer. Free wifi, iron/board, TV, two bathrooms.The building was clean and secure. Easy for Ubers to reach on our day of departure to the airport. Next time in Madrid I will definitely stay here if it is available.

We very much enjoyed this apartment. It is situated at a great location. Everything is near by, train station, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping, boutique shops, and if you have a car, there's a garage half block away for 28 euros per day.
As for the apartment itself, we had a 2-bedroom unit. It is roomy, well lit, with balconies, washer/dryer combo unit, large fridge, clean and modern bathrooms, lots of dining utensils, etc.. No complaints at all.
Finally, this being an apartment there is no reception staff on site. All communication is done via the app. However, the online staff is excellent. They are super responsive and attentive to your needs. They keep you posted on all information you will need.
OVERALL, a great choice for a family vacation.

We just checked out yesterday & I already know I’ll be going back. The apartment was at a perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere. It was spacious and clean. We had a great experience!

Location is 10/10. Gran Via is about a 20 minute walk. As two vegans, there were loads of vegan restaurants and cafes close by so that was amazing. The area was relatively quiet.
We also really liked our room, it was clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen facilities were great. They include sponge, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, etc which is a nice touch. King size bed was great.
We gave a 4/5 for condition because we had the accessible room (1.5) because my partner is disabled (non-wheelchair user). The bathroom is a wet room with two slits in the floor and tiles in the middle. We noticed right away that the tiles weren’t attached to the floor at all which we knew wasn’t right. We used the shower and it immediately flooded the whole bathroom. However, we messaged Sonder who arranged a new room for us right away which we stayed in for that night. The next day, they glued down the tiles and fixed the flooding. After this, the slit area was still a bit loose and dodgy but didn’t cause us any issues. The customer service is 10/10. I think that they need to renovate the disabled bathroom to create a better design. The condition of the non-disabled bathroom was 10/10.
Overall, pretty much everything was great, we’d definitely stay again. Especially if they renovate the accessible bathroom. Thank you Sonder!

We had a 2 bedroom apartment with a 5 year old and we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Very clean and comfy apartment. Modern and chic. Great area with loads of food and shops. Very close to public transport. Would definitely stay here and again and fully recommend.

Apartment was attractive and clean. Cooking facilities were good and main bed was comfortable. Sofa bed was a bit squeaky but seemed OK.
Location was good with easy access to Bilbao or Tribunal metro stations. We generally walked into central Madrid, only taking just over 10 minutes.
If returning to Madrid I would definitely consider returning
