I don't think this is a 4 star hotel. There was mould in the bathroom which got cleaned 2 days into our stay. One of us got food poisoning as they had a chicken meal in the evening. The chicken was pink in the middle and only noticed after as there was a sauce that covered the chicken. The staff were polite and nice.

We had a really lovely stay, room was beautiful. Shower had hot water and a good pressure. Bed was comfy and all was clean and tidy. Staff helpful and polite, will definitely stay again.

The breakfast buffet was amazing. The staff were always there to support us and offer assistance.

We stayed here for 4 nights as we were ending our trip to Spain. I've stayed at other Petit Palace Hotels in the past and this is one of the best ones so far. The staff was very nice and accommodating. It's in a very safe part of the city, yet very close to tall tourist attractions either by walking or taking the metro. The outside patio/bar was a great spot to unwind after a long day. I had room service from their hotel one night and it was very good. Overall loved my stay and would highly recommend.
