We got the airport shuttle late at night. It was fine. They gave us a great room and we scheduled for the shuttle in the morning. Breakfast was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised because reviews had been mixed about the breakfast. It could not have been better! Staff were great. It does take longer to ride on the shuttle than you’d think because it is very close to the airport, but trust the times they tell you.

Very nice hotel located close to the airport and in a quiet neighborhood. Staff are very helpful and courteous in their interactions. Very clean and spacious room. Easy to walk around the neighborhood and enjoy before the next day flight.

Excellent location. Close to the airport and accessible to the city center with a taxi. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and the service from the front desk to the room service was impressive and welcoming. So happy I stayed at Melia Barajas.

Property needs lots of updates. Comfortable but not at the prices charged. Nickled and dimed for a bottle of water in the room.
