Best place to stay in Madrid! Literally 2 minutes from the metro and the staff were so nice and welcoming!

Highly recommended. Great location with very convenient and safe walkable distance to anywhere in the city. Staffs were so kind and responsible.

Hello,
I had a reservation that I canceled by mistake. I then made a new reservation and I’m currently staying at the hotel. Please let me know if there’s a possibility of a refund for the prior canceled reservation. Thanks in advance
