All the staffs were nice. Especially Margarita from the morning buffet. She deserves a recognition

This property is excellent, very welcoming staff. They have a great rooftop bar. The staff are very helpful in getting you taxis and giving recommendations. Will definitely stay here again when back in Madrid.

For the price that the hotel is charging - the bathroom is outdated and the floor was dirty! The A/c and ventilation kept switching off or had some sort of a malfunction. There is no mineral water in the room .. the only water was filtered tap water that was being filled in a hotel branded bottle. I am very disappointed by Hyatt Centrics standards to the point that I did not even have breakfast there at the hotel even though I had paid for it.

Excellent hotel very close to shopping and dining. Hotel service was top notch in all categories. Highly recommend for families with kids.
