Our second time staying here. It's in a wonderful location, great breakfast, comfy beds, and the rooftop deck has perfect views.

The hotel is very modern with fantastic service and great rooms. The location cannot be best...close to the national palace and many museums. Along with the superb breakfast buffet and roof top bar and sight seeing...it's my favorite place in Madrid to stay by far.

We loved our stay at Riu. Easy access to the 360 roof bar alone made it worth it. And the breakfast selection is huge and super convenient. The staff were all so accommodating. The lobby is kind of chaotic because of the popularity of the roof bar, but once you get used to how the elevators work, it's fine.

Our room was clean and tidy, the system with the cards worked well, and it was great that we could head to the rooftop at anytime for food, drinks and an amazing view of Madrid.

Excellent location with great staff. Large size room and bathroom. Views from roof top bar are wonderful. Breakfast was great and elaborate. However, most options favor non-vegetarians. Liked nearby Plazas and dining options. Overall great experience!
