The only thing good about this hotel is its location, is near La Gran Via an Plaza Sol, and there's a train station nearby. Other than that it was a bad experience for me and my family, the place is noisy and all the facilities need an urgent renovation. I didn't sleep well any of the nights that I spent there due to a multiple noises coming from other rooms and from the hallway. The carpet and wood floors were dirty. Not a good place to stay when you go to Madrid.
