We choose this property because it was close to the dorm where our son is studying. Room was nice, bed comfortable and staff at hotel were helpful and kind. Near train stop and if you are a walker, easy to get to more Madrid sites.

We had 3 people in our room. Each person had a bed so there wasn't a lot of moving around space, but we made it work ok. I would definitely stay here again. It was easy to get a taxi or Uber, but we walked most of the time.

Great stay close to the center

Great hotel 15 minutes' walk away feom thw heart of Madrid. Rooms are well sound insulated and spacious, could do with some fresh paint due to wear and tear. Bed was very high but comfortable. Great shower. Excellent breakfast, wide variety.

Nice hotel in what appears to be downtown Madrid. Not close to airport but its close to major transportation, museums and restaurants. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Only problem - bad wi-if. It’s very unreliable.

Avoid Room 315 at this hotel and maybe all others

The room itself was clean as were some parts of the bathroom, but the shower stall and behind the toilet were dirty. The toilet area was the absolute worst! It had the smell of sewer which was absolutely disgusting. When I looked at the floor behind the toilet, there was a space next to a pipe which had some paper stuck in it, yet it didn’t cover up the space completely. On the floor itself, under this pipe, there was a black mess which looked to be mold. My thought is that sewer water leaks out of the side on this pipe and collects on the floor, therefore the awful smell and mold growing. Totally unacceptable and truly awful! Bad experience.
