Location, parking and lobby were 5 stars, rest was 2 stars. Bathroom smelled of raw sewage. Floors were not clean. Heat air conditioning smelled of cigar smoke when circulating air. Room service served completely cold coffee, cold eggs, and cold toast at breakfast. One breakfast plat was missing the ham, and we called for correct plate and hot coffee, and they only delivered the correct plate. Baffled how this could be 5 stars...
