Perfect clean hostel

It was easy to locate and close enough from the train station to walk.Also very close to the AYUNTAMIENTO and police Department as I felt safe in this zone. I loved how they gave us vlean towels and cleaned our rooms, with an extra refrigerator and microwave outside in a different room. I felt like I was more at home.

Arrived at check-in to find out my room booking had been cancelled, after travelling from the other side of the world - tired, stressed, with little Spanish, for a booking I'd had for months. Not sure how the manager lives his life, but I then had to beg the front desk assistant to help me find somewhere else. DO NOT STAY HERE, AS YOU HAVE NO GUARANTEE THE ROOM WILL BE THERE WHEN YOU ARRIVE!

Dear customer, we thank you for choosing us and we recommend that the next time you make a reservation use a card that has no problems to make the online payment. Your reservation was canceled because your card was not charged. We as a hostel cannot wait until night to secure a charge. a cordial greeting.

Woman at the reception front desk has a nasty attitude She told me upon arrival before check in: “ for people like you that’s arrive at all times , is the reason why we got delays working “ Nice welcome ! he is the only black dot at the hostal.

Le contestare en español señor MARCO GOMEZ, ya que es su lengua y nosotros estamos en España. Vamos a contar lo que a usted le faltó. Usted llegó por la mañana a pedir su habitación sabiendo que la hora de entrada es a las 15:00h. Aun así se le recibió y se le registro permitiendole que dejace su equipaje y pidiendole que regrese a las hora de check-in, porque se estaba limpiando. Aún así usted regreso antes de la hora. La recepcionista le hizo saber lo que usted estaba ocacionando al llegar antes de la hora por segunda vez. Su habitación aun no estaba disponible pero aún asi ella le dio una habitacion que no le correspondia sino a otro cliente, para que pueda alojarse antes de tiempo, ocacionando que se tenga que volver a modificar el orden de las habitaciones. Quizas no ha notado todo esto porque solo ve por usted. Los horarios estan por algo y si se rompen para veneficio de usted hay que ser mas agradecido. Como vemos que le gusta sentirse americano, le vamos a traducir tambien en ingles. Un saludo. I will answer in Spanish Mr. MARCO GOMEZ, since it is your language and we are in Spain. You arrived in the morning to ask for your room knowing that the check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. Even so, he was received and registered allowing him to leave his luggage and asking him to return at check-in time, because he was cleaning. Still you return before the time. The receptionist let you know what you were doing when you arrived before the time for the second time. Her room was not yet available but she still gave him a room that belonged only to another client, so she could stay early, making it necessary to change the order of the rooms again. Maybe you haven't noticed all this because he only sees for you. The schedules are for something and if they break for your benefit you have to be more grateful.

Great neighborhood, very clean. Great place to stay when you fly out of Madrid the next morning.

Flexible

Very flexible. Arrived at midnight and left early next day. Called a taxi for us. Very nice.
