Nice clean friendly personnel. Room was well kept not close to downtown but road accesible. Hated the pillow though.

Hotel room is nice, spacious, clean and bed is comfortable. Good for business travelers. Hotel staff are nice and helpful. Always have smiling face to guests. Buffet breakfast is just something standard. Still a great place to stay if you accept location is far from Madrid Centro.
