Super friendly night shift staff who helped me negotiate getting to the property as I drove there from the airport and had difficulty locating the place. Very convenient and great location to sightsee. Everything within walking distance. Be warned that the underground garage is difficult to navigate especially if you’re used to the large wide open parades of North America

Customer service is not so good
They accommodate lots and lots of teenagers on a camp or something. Some of the teens seems like they had coccaine or something that the yell bang the doors run in the hall way in the middle of the night and day. Really loud and noisy place. Very very busy

Perfect Location! Hotel is great with good vibe and it’s full of cool people. Room was great, small as expected, but perfect to stay in the heart of Madrid. I’d definiitively stay here again.

It was basic but clean. We only wanted to sleep there so this worked for us. The staff spoke English and was helpful. Bar allowed us to purchase wine and sit on the roof terrace - no problems (roof bar was not open being February). Enjoyed our stay!

The hostel is in the central Madrid and it is very easy to get there. Staffs are super helpful and the room is clean. It would be great if they also have a self kitchen there.
