Really a top place. Modern, clean, quiet, amazing staff and close to "Estrecho" station. It is not really close to the center but i think that's a plus. I saw more business people than party backpackers and for me it's a good thing.
To improve: A curtain for the bed, the stairs for the upper bed are not comfortable to climb.
