The staff was extremely helpful from securing shuttle and taxi services, to breakfast/dining services. It's only a few min away from the airport which is great, but is about a 15-30min drive (depending on traffic) to downtown. Would stay here again.

Nothing great, not close to airport even though it says Airport hotel. Marriott is better and closer

Stayed here for 1 night before our flight home from Madrid airport. Conveniently located about 15 min ride from the airport. The staff is friendly, well trained. Good breakfast. The shuttle to the airport costs 4 euro per person. Overall, good hotel to rest before a flight home.
