The property is ok for the price.internet was on and off constantly, staff was excellent and so was response to imquires.

We stayed here two nights and it was perfect! The location is 10/10⭐️So many shops and restaurants right outside the door. A Starbucks next door if you need a large coffee. We walked to the Museo del Pardo, the city center, the Market de San Miguel, and the palace. We only had one full day in Madrid so we squeezed a lot in. The bed in the room was incredibly comfortable, the linens were great, and we felt safe in the building/room. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back.

Far too tiny. Good location. Both rooms had a horrible mold smell which I believe they were aware of thanks to a feedback follow-up call they requested.
