Cannot beat the location! Centrally located right of Gran Via. Spacious, near restaurants, shops. Clean hotel and delightful staff. I highly recommend.

Great hotel and conveniently located for walking the main sights of Madrid. Breakfast was great and staff helpful and friendly.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Madrid. Big spacious rooms with a fabulous buffet breakfast. Staff are all welcoming, helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

Great hotel to stay at. Very clean and it was great regarding the location. The one thing I would recommend would be for the housekeeping staff to not keep knocking on the door. There were some days where we wanted to sleep in and that did not happen.

Very accommodating with all our requests and lovely spa with great views. They even left a small birthday cake in my room for my birthday which was a thoughtful touch.

4 Stars -rooms are directly above a night club that closes at 6am, so often woke up at 3-6am due to the noise thoroughly the double glass windows.
I had to ask for more than 2 small pods of milk for the room and they were not very obliging.
Location was great, Ealing distance to everything amazing in madrid.
