Great place. Been to all parts of Spain from the age of 3 to 55 years old now. Great staff, front counter spoke good English. We have family near by.

Located right across the subway and centrally located as well. It was very easy to move around Madrid and visit all the tourist places

Location is great, price is affordable, rooms are very small but clean. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything in the next room and the halls. The elevators are only big enough for 3 people.
Beside these minor issues, the hotel is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. It’s located across the street from the train station and 15 min walk to the Palace.
I would definitely, stay here again next time I visit Madrid.

This is our second time staying at Acta Madfor because we love the facility and it’s location. Stay would have been perfect but we had very noisy neighbors. The walls seem to be thin and the doors are loud and many guests let the doors slam loudly at all hours of the night. Otherwise the hotel is always fantastic, we’ll still come back.
