Very well-located hotel in the centre of all the action. Hotel room is very comfortable. Good sound-proofing and the gym is super nice!
Breakfast buffet is amazing, they have a very diverse and extensive spread. Would definitely consider returning!

I liked the facility, the area, and the staff. I liked the Hotel breakfast.
I did not like the fact that the restaurant next door had it's kitchen closed when all normal people have dinner.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Everyone was very nice and attentive, they made sure we had the information we needed and that everything in our room worked properly. The hotel's location is great, you're near the Gran Via, the Plaza Mayor, the Palacio Real and Catedral de Almudena, the Puerta de Alcalá, and various museums as well as great restaurants, including MasterChef; you're within walking distance of most of these places and the Mercado de San Miguel, which is a great and exciting place to eat and buy things. We want to particularly thank Gonzalo, Jesús, Alvaro and Gloria for making our stay a great one, your service and warmth made a great difference for us. ¡¡Muchas gracias!! I left a very good review overall for the property. My only issue is that I tried for months to tell the hotel we wanted a king bed, not a double bed. That’s what I booked - plus I messaged the hotel through Expedia to confirm. Instead, my husband and I spent our anniversary in two separate beds pushed up against each other. Very weird.
Otherwise, it was great.
BTW, I didn’t really get any VIP upgrades or perks that I’m aware of, but maybe we missed that?

The staff was extremely accommodating, helpful, and friendly. The hotel was clean & beautifully renovated. The location was right in the heart of everything!

The best area you could stay in Madrid! Staff was super helpful and the transportation is super nearby.
