Thank god we came in at 3am and exhausted because the a/c was not cold and rattled entire night. Pillows weren’t even full size.

Dear Sir, I just check the AC in the room it is cooling very well and there is no noise coming from the unit. So please in the future if there is a problem with your room please call or come to the front desk so we can address the issue. No other guest that have stayed in that room have had any problems. The only problem I had was the light coming in around the blind was bright during the night. It was hard to sleep. Everything else was good.
